RK Elite Terms and Conditions – Philippine Players Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the RK Elite platform — including the website at rkelite.click, the online casino, sports betting section, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and RK Elite. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of RK Elite after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and RK Elite. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To register and use RK Elite, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. RK Elite strictly prohibits access by minors and will take immediate action — including permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance — if underage access is discovered.

RK Elite may require identity verification at any point to confirm eligibility. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each player may hold only one (1) RK Elite account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a current email address.
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times. Changes to personal details should be communicated to RK Elite support promptly.
• Not use another person's identity, a fictitious identity, or any false information to register an account on the RK Elite platform.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your RK Elite account. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

RK Elite reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity at any point — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or bank account/e-wallet ownership verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. RK Elite will attempt to notify the account holder before any action is taken on dormant accounts.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RK Elite account login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. RK Elite will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your RK Elite account and not reuse it across other services.
• Not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify RK Elite support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

RK Elite cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. However, if you report suspected unauthorised access promptly, we will investigate and take appropriate action — including temporary account suspension — to protect your balance while the matter is resolved.

All transactions made using your verified account credentials are considered authorised by the account holder unless a compromised credential report has been filed with RK Elite support prior to those transactions.

All financial transactions at RK Elite are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. RK Elite accepts payments via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your RK Elite account in real time for GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet methods.
• Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay/PESONet may take up to 30 minutes depending on the originating bank.
• RK Elite does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are not controlled by RK Elite.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no standard maximum for regular withdrawals, though larger amounts may require additional verification.

The following general rules apply to all RK Elite bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. RK Elite reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each player may claim each specific bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using RK Elite for any fraudulent purpose, or to launder money or proceeds of crime, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use RK Elite while under 18 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one RK Elite account, or accessing another player's account without authorisation.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely used for play on RK Elite. Chargebacks without legitimate basis will be pursued and the player's account permanently closed.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a game or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known technical errors are void.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or placing bets on sporting events you have acted to fix or manipulate.

• Threats and Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing RK Elite staff, other players, or any third party in connection with your use of the platform.

All content on the RK Elite platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and brand names — is the intellectual property of RK Elite or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any RK Elite content without explicit prior written permission from RK Elite.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers (such as JILI Games and other providers) remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. RK Elite licenses this content for use on the platform — it does not transfer any intellectual property rights to players.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where that access resulted from the player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events beyond RK Elite's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

RK Elite operates in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws.
